UNIC – ANY RESOLUTION INCLUDING JOSEPH KABILA WILL DEMONSTRATE THE UN’S COMPLICITY IN THE GENOCIDE OF 12 MILLION CONGOLESE
LETTER TO ALL THE HEAD OF STATES ATTENDING THE ANNUAL SESSION OF THE 2017 UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY
IN THE NAME OF THE CONGOLESE PEOPLE
Washington, September 17, 2017: The United Nations Organization must stop betraying the nation that motivated the existence of the “United Nations” – UN – by offering the nucleus of the nuclear bomb that stopped the Second World War.
The world is leading to the extermination of the Congolese people, for 21 years – nearly 12 million dead – After observing the invasion of the DRC by its neighbors of Rwanda and Uganda, a semblance of regional war theatrically opposing six countries – Systematic looting of the country’s resources from the east to the south (Zimbabwe, Angola, South Africa) has exceeded the demolition of the country’s infrastructure, the state authority annihilated, the army, security services, infiltrated and then decapitated, more than 20,000 looters (peace observers) sent to maintain the status-quo. Even so, a UN resolution imposed – on the DRC -an embargo on arms purchases. This making it easier to organize its plundering with serenity.
The infiltrated army. The ineffective intelligence service become inexistent. The states finances totally dried, through looting, theft and widespread corruption.
The UN betrays the DRC?
Since our accession to independence in 1960, the UN has failed to pacify the DRC. UN issued Resolutions which never responded to the expectations of the Congolese people.
The Congolese nation no longer exists.
Foreigners come to defend the interests of their nations (against) this country. They are listened. Considered. Because the world accepts “diversity” and any opposition to the notion of claiming national belonging is taken as xenophobia.
How can one speak of xenophobia in a country, where 425 tribes, forming a nation – of which only the national unity acquired after 32 years of dictatorship of Marshal Mobutu, allowed its non-dislocation?
There is no resolution to take, for a country where you have failed on all accounts. All the resolutions taken have served the occupying forces to keep 80 million men and women in immeasurable poverty.
There is no resolution to take, the Congolese people want a regime change. The Congolese people want to apply the article 64 of its constitution.
There is no resolution to be taken when a stadium filled with more than 80,000 people asks God for the death of those who preside over them by force and against their will to the destiny of this great nation it no longer represents.
There is no resolution to be taken when all the dialogues advocated for this sanguinary regime have led to murders and all kinds of human rights abuses.
The resolution to be taken is the release of all criminals who have been sentenced to death in all the countries of the UN Security Council, as none of the criminal on the death row in France, the United States, England, Germany, China or the Russian Federation has killed as much as Joseph Kabila.
There is no other resolution to take but to arrest this man whose mandate is finished and whose presence in New York, in this assembly, has no legitimacy.
Eighty (80) common graves in the Kasai, 425 bodies in the Maluku mass grave in addition to 140 victims officially recognized by the regime of Kabila in Kinshasa, two UN agents murdered with impunity. without telling on women rapes, assassination et the mass killing in Kivu or in the Bas Congo provinces.
This session of the United Nations General Assembly should be recognized as the Session of praising dictatorship impunity and non-respect of constitutions.
No nation is represented by a former president. Except the DRC.
We want to reassure the world that the fear of tomorrow is not justified. After Joseph Kabila, we are ready to take up the challenge of rebuilding this country.
It is the first time that a generation of Congolese who aspire to rule their countries have spent more than two decades of their lives in developed countries, imbued with the culture of respect for individual freedoms, the spirit of economic, social and cultural development, deeply rooted guaranteeing a better future for the whole world.
The DRC contributes enormously to the growth of the world economy. Cultivating hatred in the hearts of Congolese men and women would not serve peace in the world.
A new generation start adopting the methods of terrorism that are spreading everywhere injustices become intolerable, unacceptable.
The Article 64 of the Congolese constitution advocates for the popular uprising as the ultime dialogue that remains with this dictator, Joseph Kabila.
Joseph Kabila believe he is undefeated Goliath. You can prove him wrong.
Your humanitarian interference is needed to restore the constitutional order in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
